CRNA Today offers online CE courses that are On-Demand and can viewed multiple times.   Once enrolled in a course, click on "My Learning" to view which courses you have enrolled in - then click "view this course" to enter that course.   

ALL courses are AANA prior approved Class A credits.  Completed CEs are reported at the end of each month.

You can choose from multiple ways to access your course content. CRNA Today is owned/opperated by CRNAs and is committed to the CRNA community. We strive everyday to build a vibrant, interactive, inspiring framework that will bring CRNAs together and help them be successful in their careers. We engage in specific outreach to students in training to become CRNAs, and students may access courses for free while they are enrolled in college. A percentage of all sales is returned to the CRNA community by giving to deserving organizations and sponsoring events and training opportunities. Meet the CRNA Today Team

Founder: Nick Crofut, CRNA, MS

Nick Crofut CRNA, MS currently works for Anesthesia Staffing Consultants in Michigan. As Director of Quality and Professional Development, he is responsible for developing and implementing QA and QI programs and providing educational opportunities. Nick earned his Master's in Anesthesia at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Agatha Hodgins Memorial Award. Current projects include setting up ultrasound regional services and teaching Introduction to Ultrasound to the SCRNAs at Michigan State University. In the near future, Nick looks to return to school and earn his Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

As the owner and founder of CRNA Today, Nick's vision is to deliver complete online education to CRNAs in a fresh and engaging way, while inspiring a vibrant and interactive community of CRNAs. His core values include research, evidence-based practice, and, most of all, CRNA's for their own experiences and innovation. CRNA Today is a means to create a culture of education and research. Currently, the website hosts online education, but looks to help create a culture of research by publishing works of CRNAs.

 

CRNA Today Partner: Thomas Schultz, CRNA, PhD, DAAPM

Dr. Schultz graduated from Abbott Northwestern Hospital-St. Mary's University of Minnesota School of Anesthesia with a Master's of Science in Nurse Anesthesia in 1992. He received a PhD in Integrated Studies, with an emphasis on Pain Management through the University of Integrated Studies in 2007. He is a diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management, a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and has published many articles and research on anesthesia and pain management.

Dr. Schultz is the senior nurse anesthetist at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Montana, where he started and directed the Pain Management Program. He resides in Glasgow and is married with three children. In his free time, he enjoys writing, reading, boating, hunting, and fishing when he is not chasing his kids around the state with their activities.
